The BeyGood and Shawn Carter Foundations, in the continuation of their great charitable work donated $100,000 to the education of a formerly homeless teen who attended their On The Run II Tour in Seattle. The teen named, Khairi Perry attended the concert and received the $100,000 college scholarship awarded by the couple.
The details on how the award happened in unclear at this time but Khairi Perry is currently a senior at Thomas Jefferson High School. Upon graduation, she plans to attend the University of Oregon where she intends to major in chemical engineering.
