Bow Wow and Erica Mena haven’t seen eye to eye since they broke off their engagement in 2015. It appears that by the time they ended their relationship their friendship had already ended. Since breaking up they’ve been going back and forth on social media hurling insults at each other. It appears now that Bow Wow in an ungentlemanly manner wants to escalate their riff beyond words.
Bow Wow took to social media to issue a threat that could escalate his and Erica Mena’s problems into the legal realm. His post captioned, “Somebody tell Erica Mena don’t make me leak the tape!” a few years ago could be seen as an idle threat. Today, with the rights fought for and earned by women to protect women, Bow Wow’s threat can potentially be categorized under “revenge porn” which is now a serious offence. His issuing the threat to release the tape in order to silence or control Erica’s speech can potentially carry a whole separate charge.
Erica Mena responded that celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom, who represented many celebrities in their revenge porn case, has already contacted her. She continued in a post, “Be my guest weirdo! You absolutely have nothing on me so let’s go! I’m ready to ruin you any time you ready.” See Erica’s additional post below.

It is not clear if such a tape even exists. But unless they both agree to release such a tape, his preemptive release of it would be illegal. Stay tuned, we’ll keep you posted.
