Courvoisier cognac is gearing up for the limited edition release of its premium L’Essence de Courvoisier, its most expensive marque. The special launch of L’Essence Du Horse commemorates the Chinese New Year: Year of the Horse which starts this Friday, January 31st. The bottle and packaging make a great gift and are perfect for collectors and cognac enthusiasts and retails for $3,500/bottle.
The new L’ Essence Du Horse bottle—by Baccarat—will be available February 1st. It’s beautifully showcased in a wooden trunk with each bottle—a decadent decanter engraved with an image of Napoleon on his horse—is complete with an ornate crystal stopper inspired by Napoleon’s signet ring. It is edged in a soft brown leather harness, paying homage to leather in horse saddles.
The 750ml bottle of L’ Essence Du Horse is sold in an exclusive, individually numbered series.
