Ferrari rolled out its Hybrid Ferrari 488 prototype in secret to test its new silent engine. According to people that were there, it was the most amazing thing to see or should we say “not to hear.” If you’ve ever seen a Ferrari drive by, you can’t help but to hear the distinctive sound of its powerful engine.

This new Ferrari 488 hybrid which will probably hit the market in 2020, rolls in complete silence. Now, that might be dope if you’re driving through a senior citizen community or a low noise area. But the sound of Ferrari’s engines is technically a part of the car’s overall attraction. So, will the silent engine Ferrari be very popular? We’re not sure because a part of why people purchase a Ferrari is to show it off. Lets be honest, when pedestrians hear the sound of that engine, they can’t help but to look in its direction.
