Juelz Santana has been sentenced by a New Jersey judge for bringing a loaded gun on an aircraft at Newark airport in New Jersey. The charges stem from an incident that happened in March of this year. Juelz Santana who had previously been convicted of a felony was arrested at Newark Liberty International Airport after officials found a loaded .38-caliber handgun and non-prescribed oxycodone pills in his carry-on luggage.
The star whose real name is LaRon Louis James was sentenced to 27 months in prison. He reportedly received the lengthy sentence due to his prior felony. After serving his time, Juelz Santana will reportedly be required to have a supervised release for 12 months. The star is reportedly expected to turn himself in after the Christmas Holidays to begin serving bis sentence.
