Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s soundtrack for the film, A Star Is Born is the No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart with 231,000 units sold in its first week. The soundtrack is Lady Gaga’s fifth No. 1 debut giving her the most No. 1 albums among women this decade. The album is also her collaborator Bradley Cooper’s first No. 1 album.
On the record-setting side, besides making Lady Gaga the woman with the most No. 1 albums this decade, Billboard states, A Star Is Born is the biggest debut for a soundtrack in more than three-and-a-half years.
