Machine Gun Kelly Takes Aim at Eminem in “Rap Devil” – Listen Here!

When idols turn rivals. things can become ugly. This is where Machine Gun Kelly and Eminem stand today. Recently, Eminem opened up on MGK in a track called, “Not Alike.” In retaliation, Kelly jumped on an old song by Eminem called “Rap God” and delivered his new five minute or so lyrics on the track for his song called, “Rap Devil.” MGK, it’s apparent had a lot on his chest as he raps, “Tough talk from a rapper paying millions for security a year.” He continues, “I think my dad’s gone crazy,’ yeah Hailie you right/Dad’s always mad cooped up in the studio yelling at the mic/You’re sober and bored, huh (I know)/About to be 46 years old, dog.”

The beef between EM and MGK stems from a tweet posted by MGK in 2012 about Em’s daughter Hailie in which her wrote “Hailie is hot as f*ck.” In the song “Not Alike,” Eminem spits, “And I’m talking to you but you already know who the fuck you are, Kelly/ I don’t use sublims and sure as fuck don’t sneak-diss/ But keep commenting on my daughter Hailie,” he spits on “Not Alike.” Straight like that with no filters.

After dropping the song, Machine Gun Kelly took to social media to defend his decision to retaliate on his former idol. In the post MGK stated, “I’m standing up for not just myself, but my generation. im doing the same shit you did back in ur day. life is still real on my side, and i had to take time from the grind to defend myself from someone i called an idol. love, Rap Devil.”
