Love & Hip Hop star Mendeecees Harris’ lawyer is gearing up to present an argument in his defense to have his current sentence lowered. His attorney who is scheduled to appear Manhattan federal appellate court on Friday will argue that the federal judge made an error when sentencing Mandeecees to eight years in federal prison.
Mandeecees Harris took a plea to trafficking cocaine and heroin to the Rochester, is married to Yandy Smith, who also stars on Love & Hip Hop. Portions of his prosecution and his guilty plea was featured on the show, and occasionally the show features him in federal prison.
