Pharrell’s Team Sends Donald Trump Cease and Desist Letter – Details Here!

Pharrell Williams’ attorney, Howard King has reportedly sent President Trump a cease and desist letter for the star’s hit song “Happy.” The song was played last Saturday at President Trump’s rally in Indiana, hours after a niggardly coward gunman attacked Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, killing eleven and wounding several others. Pharrell Williams was reportedly offended that his song was played that day by Trump at a political rally.

Yesterday, his attorney Howard King issued a cease and desist letter addressed to the President preventing him from playing the song again in the future. His attorney then released the following statement, “On the day of the mass murder of 11 human beings at the hands of a deranged ‘nationalist,’ you played his song ‘Happy’ to a crowd at a political event in Indiana. There was nothing ‘happy’ about the tragedy inflicted upon our country on Saturday and no permission was granted for your use of this song for this purpose.”

Being unsure if Pharrell’s cease and desist letter will have any effect on the President’s selection of music for his future political rallies, we’ll keep you posted as this story develops.
