Swedish Duo NOTD Drops New Single ‘Been There Done That’ ft. Tove Styrke – Listen Here!

Having amassed nearly 200 million global streams on their previous track ‘I Wanna Know’, Swedish duo NOTD continue their meteoric rise through the music landscape. Delivering new track ‘Been There Done That’ featuring Tove Styrke, released today, August 24th on Island Records, the production follows the success of ‘I Wanna Know’, with the duo now certified Platinum in Sweden, Canada, Australia, and Norway.

Consisting of Tobias Danielsson and Samuel Brandt, the teenage duo NOTD have racked up over 250 million streams on their massive remixes, including reworks for the likes of Shawn Mendes, Rihanna, Ed Sheeran, Stanaj and Demi Lovato, amassing over 5.6 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Following last year’s debut ‘Summer Of Love’, the pair have cemented their reputation as one of music’s true outstanding breakthrough acts, with ‘I Wanna Know’ proving the soundtrack to summer 2018, entering the Spotify Top 50 in over 15 territories, and entering the iTunes Top 50 in over 25 countries.

Now featuring Swedish pop star Tove Styrke, ‘Been There Done That’ demonstrates the sweet and melodic tones that NOTD have become famed for, fusing summery chord patterns with the soaring vocals of Styrke, whose recent album ‘Sway’ received critical acclaim across the board, amassing 5 stars from NME, labelled as “The kind of thing that demands infinite repeats” by Rolling Stone, and sparking Pitchfork to coin it “one of the most exuberant albums in recent memory.” Following a spring U.S. tour with Lorde and a European run with Katy Perry, Tove Styrke will embark on a fall 2018 North American headline tour slated to kick off September 29. Lighting up ‘Been There Done That’ with their signature breezy synths, the release cements NOTD’s reputation as one of the most hotly discussed talents on the scene right now.
