A woman named Snowe Melinda Saxman who claims to be Prince’s legal heir has filed court document staking her claim to the late legend’s estate. The woman who is the second to do so filed her paperwork in a Minnesota court claiming she is the star’s biological daughter and legal heir to his estate.
Snowe Melinda Saxman said she was adopted, and never knew her real parents but based on the fact that she is a “natural-born star” and looks like Prince, he is her father. Her claims to his estate are also based on what she calls her, “substantial physical, temperamental and aspirational similarities to Prince” she believes she’s his kid, according to TMZ.
She allegedly went through DNA testing and says she shares the same family tree as the legend but could not be certain because his DNA is not in the system. No word yet on the court proceedings that will follow her filing. Therefore, its unclear how seriously the court will take her claims to the star’s estate. But, unless there is more evidence provided than what was filed in the court documents, her claim will likely be dismissed.
