YBN Almighty Jay age 19 reportedly required 300 stitches after being assaulted by several men and robbed. The incident took place in Manhattan and was caught on camera by several onlookers who witnessed the rapper being severely beaten and robbed of his jewelry, shoes and money. As he tried to run away from the attack he was dragged back into the residential building where the assault continued before he was eventually able to escape.

During the attack YBN was stabbed several times and hit over the head with a bottle of Hennessy which officials say caused the horrendous deep cuts on his face.
