Michelle Obama announced via Twitter that her highly anticipated memoir is titled, “Becoming” and that she plans to release it on Nov. 13. She added that her book was a “deeply personal experience.” The book’s publisher, Penguin Random House released a statement that the book promises to be “warm, wise and revelatory.” They added that the book is “an unusually intimate reckoning from a woman of soul and substance who has steadily defied expectations — and whose story inspires us to do the same.”
Michelle Obama is planning to go on a book tour which will kick off sometime in November following the release of her book, which will be printed in 24 languages. “Becoming”, is about the experiences that helped shape the former First Lady, starting from her childhood on the South Side of Chicago to her years as an executive, motherhood and being the First Lady of the most powerful country in the world.
