Congrats to J. Cole on his new album KOD which was just certified gold by the RIAA. The album dropped on April 20 and have since sold over 500,000 copies thereby receiving the gold certification from the RIAA. At the time of its release, the week of April 20th, KOD sold 396,628 units in its first week, making it, at the time the biggest sales week of this year.
J. Cole’s accolades under his KOD album include setting a new record on Spotify with 4.2 million streams in its first day of release. Currently J. Cole is gearing up to hit the raod with Young Thug for his KOD Tour which kick-off on August 9th in Miami.
