36 Chambers presents a Wu-Tang: The Saga Continues pop up shop this weekend, December 1-3, at Rough Trade (64 N 9th St, Brooklyn, NY 11249) in Brooklyn, NY. The hours are: Friday (11a-11p), Saturday (11a-11p), Sunday (11a-9p), with a special live performance by Mathematics, Wu-Tang’s long time DJ, who produced the critically acclaimed recent album, Wu-Tang: The Saga Continues, on Saturday.
The pop up will feature merch for “Wu-Tang: The Saga Continues,” CDs and vinyl albums, plus select items from 36 Chambers “Emperors’ Treasures” for purchase. Additionally, there will be limited edition, exclusive collaboration t-shirt created in conjunction with Rough Trade. More information can be found at here.
Moreover, there will also be a Wu-Tang inspired art installation on view, including work by Andrew Cruz.
Mathematics will perform with special guests at Rough Trade on Saturday, December 2 at 6:15 PM. Tickets for his performance can be bought here. Tickets are free with the purchase of a CD or vinyl album.
The album was released on October 13, 2017, and was produced by Mathematics and executive produced by RZA. It features performances by RZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa, ODB, Redman, Sean Price and more. The album debuted at #1 on the Independent Chart, #2 on the Rap Chart, and #2 on the R&B/Hip Hop Chart in its first week of the release.
36 Chambers ALC is a lifestyle company founded by RZA and Mustafa Shaikh to house innovative efforts in the music, art, fashion, and literary spaces. Wu-Tang: The Saga Continues is the inaugural album to be released by the company.
