BRUNSWICK & Eyelar drops visuals for “FXCK YOU CAUSE YOU WERE THE ONE”
Angular & loud, Dysfunctional & extreme but somehow perfect, is the story of BRUNSWICK & Eyelar’s imaginary relationship formed in 20 minutes of studio time in their collaboration for fresh, new cut “FXCK YOU CAUSE YOU WERE THE ONE.”
Previous to this song’s creation the musical chemistry between BRUNSWICK & Eyelar was apparent early on in their friendship, both sharing a love for honest, guitar-fuelled, grungy rhythmic records with more than a sprusing of influences from hip-hop & electronics.
Although both artists remain very much new, BRUNSWICK, who was named as one of YouTube’s Ones To Watch in 2019, has already released his first mixtape we surround ourselves with chaos’ that saw early key praise within the hip-hop & indie music communities online. Eyelar has already collaborated with the critically acclaimed Yxng Bane on his track “Breakfast,” whereas behind the studio door, she’s been writing with Charli XCX & Bastille. More is in the offing for her upcoming solo project that’s set to follow shortly for Eyelar, and more pulsating Rhythm & Grunge from BRUNSWICK who’s forthcoming 2nd mixtape is set to impress, this release feels very much the mark of a two young artists creating quality, unique music.
You can also catch BRUNSWICK perform live at this year’s Reading & Leeds Festival and The Great Escape among other festivals across Europe.
