SPICY SAMBA CAIPIRINHA
11/2 oz leblon cachaça
1/2 oz mezcal
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz honey syrup*
1/4 oz ginger liqueur
dash of cayenne pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a small pinch of cayenne pepper.
* To make honey syrup: Dissolve equal parts honey and water in a sauce pan over low heat.
