Congratulations are in order for R&B superstar and music icon, Mary J. Blige who is scheduled to be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The ceremony is scheduled for Jan. 11 and “Diddy” and Hollywood’s Chamber president and CEO Leron Gubler will unveil her star.

Mary’s career began in 1992 with the release of her debut album “What’s the 411?. She has since released thirteen studio albums, two live albums, two remix albums and over eighty singles—including more than 20 as a featured artist. She has sold over 50 million albums and 15 million singles worldwide and is ranked Blige as the most successful female R&B artist of the past 25 years, by Billboard Magazine.
