DMX Plans to Release New Album & Biopic After His Release

DMX aka Earl Simmons has had possibility one of the roughest breaks in modern hip hop. The star went from being a talented record-setting rapper and gifted actor to dealing with drug addiction and subsequently prison stints. But some good news is on the horizon for him in 2019. According to his lawyer, DMX will be a free man on January 27th when he is released from Gilmer Federal Correctional Institution.

The talent that X is, he has a plan which will put him back on the scene doing what he loves, music. He’s reportedly spent his time staying drug free and writing new music which he plans to record. The new music will be featured on an upcoming album accompanied by the star’s biopic which he plans to release. Based on all DMX has experienced prior to signing a record deal and all that he has experienced since, his biopic will be a must see. Stay tuned for more details on DMX.
