Over 500,000 attendees came out again for the second year in a row to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans.
The First Lady Michelle Obama set the crowd on fire on the second day as she talked about her time in the White House and her transition after. The three day event had high powered performances such as Missy Elliot, Mary J Blige, Teddy Riley, and H.E.R.
