J. Cole Sets New Spotify Opening Day Record With “KOD” – Details + “ATM” Video Here!
J. Cole’s album, KOD which dropped on Friday, April 20th is expected to debut at #1 album on the Billboard 200 chart when the sales numbers come in. The first single also titled “KOD” set a new record on Spotify with 4.2 million streams in its first day. The previous record was held by Taylor Swift for her track “Look What You Made Me Do” which received 3.8 million streams in its first day.
When J. Cole released his new album KOD on the 20th, he also released a trailer revealing the three different meanings for his album’s title: Kids on Drugs, King Overdose, and Kill Our Demons.
