Jaye Cochran recently launched a designer intimate apparel line called the Butterfly Collection. The debut featured a Q+A with the CEO, a vignette fashion show, and a live music. An elite crowd gathered for the intimate fete at 37 Trinity Place above Leez Department store in the financial district. The high-end lingerie is now available online and serves a growing customer base with a variety of styles and sizes with more options coming soon.

Attendees got a chance to learn more about Jaye’s personal and professional journey plus her women empowerment mission. Shamika Sanders, Hello Beautiful Sr. Entertainment Editor lit up the room when she hosted the interview segment of the evening. The crowd eyed the fashions and enjoyed a performance by a spokesperson for the brand, singer Mariah Lynn of VH1’s Love and Hip Hop New York. To top it off the night even had a philanthropic bent, Jaye made a $1,000 donation to New Horizons a domestic abuse treatment center. This really brings it full circle back to the theme of the brand which at the core is about the females harnessing beauty and power from within.
