The “crowned prince of jazz” and GRAMMY nominee Jon Batiste, premieres two new singles “Changes” and “Don’t Stop” recorded at Spotify Studios in NYC. The Late Showbandleader vocally and instrumentally delivers a masterful, mind-blowing cover to the late Tupac Shakur’s 1998 GRAMMY award-winning hit “Changes,” as well as a fresh remix of “Don’t Stop,” the first single from his debut album Hollywood Africans released on Verve.
Simultaneously, VEVO exclusively premiered two new pop-soul-jazz live performances, “Mr. Buddy” and “Higher.” Jon also recently served as guest host of the season finale of Live From Here with Chris Thile and honored the late Prince with a sultry, jazz performance of “How Come U Don’t Call Me Anymore.” He also showed off his piano chops, tackling everything from Bach to Nat King Cole.
