Tekashi 6ix9ine is bold and daring. He came into the music game with a lot of controversy and bravado which he has been able to overcome while staying in position to win. But he may have selected the wrong fight when he decided to miss his court date which now puts him square in the mercy of the judge. 6ix9ine was due in court yesterday (Oct 10) but he did not show up to face the judge. Instead his attorney told the judge that 6ix9ine was too busy traveling to show up, and that his flights back were delayed.

Tekashi’s attorney said of his client “The defendant was in Dubai, was in the Netherlands, and is trying to come back today.”

The prosecutor seemingly heated, replied, “All that [means] is he should have booked a flight a day early.”

The Judge Edwin Novillo reportedly issued a warning to 6ix9ine’s attorney, stating, if the star does not appear in court on Tuesday, October 16th, he will issue a bench warrant for 6ix9ine’s arrest.
