After a controversial week in Cali which included a drive-by shooting on his video set, Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Felicia Mennin reportedly wishes she would have jailed Tekashi 6ix9ine. Tekashi appears to have luck on his side as he has released hit after hit. His success may have embolden him to the level where he feels untouchable. But the judge who presided over his case reportedly now regrets her decision to grant him probation.

In less than a week in Los Angeles the star was confronted at his hotel and a fight or brawl was prevented by security at the Hyatt hotel where he was scheduled to stay during Complex Con. A few days later 6ix9ine’s video shoot with Kanye West and Nicki Minaj was shot up. At this point there is nothing the Judge can do to reverse his sentence unless he violates its terms. But never the less Judge Felicia Mennin sees no change in Tekashi’s behavior and she now regrets not sentencing him to time behind bars.
