Meek Mill Skips Scheduled Visit to The White House – Details Here!
Meek Mill was scheduled to participate in talks at the White House about prison reform as a part of President Trump’s “Prison Reform Summit.” Meek Mill’s reportedly decided not to attend
the talks which included activists and members of Congress because he felt the focus of the event was on him and President Trump, rather than prison reform itself.
“I was originally scheduled to be part of a panel on Prison Reform at the White House to help shed light on the issues within the system,” Mill said in statement. “Unfortunately, the focus turned to the President and myself which concerned me that it might take away from creating a positive result from today’s discussions.”
The prison reform talks reportedly went on as planned. Details on the talks aren’t available yet, but we’ll keep you posted.
