We all have options. Meek Mill has chosen to protest lace front wigs and he has that option to do so. Meek Mill took to Twitter and tweeted, “Lace front wigs are wackkkk! I’m protesting them.” Some of the comments following his tweet supported his decision to protest lace front wigs.

One of Meek’s protest supporter was NBA player Lou Williams. Others however felt Meek was taking a shot at Nicki Minaj who is an avid wig wearer. The reason for their speculation stems from comments Nicki made recently during her concert about Meek Mill still being in her DM. During her concert in Australia, while performing “Barbie Dreams” right after her lyric “Meek still be in my DMs, I be having to duck him / I used to pray for times like this / Face ass when I f*ck him,” she stopped the show. She then stated, “I mean, I could tell you secrets but I won’t, ’cause being a bitter bitch is what I don’t.”

Others who commented, mainly women felt they should have the freedom to wear whatever they want to on their heads. If Nicki Minaj takes it as smoke from Meek we will be seeing her response soon enough. Otherwise Meek like everyone else have options on what they want in their lives.
