This year’s 2nd Annual Five-City “Perfect Pairing” Dating and Wine Tasting Series hosted by Banfi Wines kicked off in Miami and drew a crowd of more than 150 guests at the popular, Olla Miami restaurant on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Miami’s trendiest singles looking to find their perfect pairing in wine and dating were greeted with a glass of Rosa Regale premium sparkling red wine and passed hors d’oeuvres. Banfi wine expert and Sommelier, Sarah Brownell, educated the guests on wines from Castello Banfi, Italy’s award-winning and premier wine estate brands San Angelo (the leading Tuscan Pinot Grigio) and Centine (an approachable Tuscan Red Blend) with foods that pair well with them. The sensational evening of high-quality tasting also included a speed dating experience where hundreds of single men and women could potential find their perfect mate.

Host, Adela Guerra was a perfect match for the Miami event. She provided guests with tips on finding the love of their life and how to make a special connection with their perfect mate. Inspired by Banfi’s commitment to creating perfectly paired moments in life, DJ YSL kept the music flowing as guests made their way through multiple rounds of speed dating and wine tasting. The evening culminated with live raffles featuring an array of exciting prizes such as an Alexa Echo and tickets to the Cubs vs. Marlins home game.
