Internet comedian Shiggy, who recently became famous for his viral dance which sparked the #inmyfeelingschallenge and helped popularize Drake’s now mega hit single, “In My Feelings” aka “Keke,” took Instagram to issue an apology to his girlfriend for constantly cheating on her. Many who saw the video posted by Shiggy thought it was a comedy skit or some sort of a joke. Many of his followers clowned him for making the video. Others clowned him for even suggesting that it was his being ‘famous’ that led him to cheating on his girlfriend. Some fans blamed it on Drake, suggesting that Shiggy has gotten soft and apologetic after hanging around the star while shooting the, “In My Feelings,” video.

Whatever the case, its apparent in Shiggy’s apologetic video that he was bothered by remorse and guilt for his past discretion. It’s also apparent that he may be afraid of revenge in the form of cheating from his beautiful girlfriend who also Raps. He may also fear losing her to someone else, now that she is also exposed to the industry and the many stars whose fame is tremendously bigger than Shiggy’s. Based on comments left by fans, many of which suggested that Shiggy delete the apologetic post immediately, it’s hard to determine if they will continue to find humor in the comedian’s future jokes and skits.

Watch the post which Shiggy’s has since deleted below.
