Tekashi 6ix9ine Signs $4.9M Headphone Deal – Details Here!
Tekashi 6ix9ine has signed a $4.9 million exclusive deal with TUNES Headphones, to become the latest face of the brand. The deal will provide Tekashi with his own headphone collection created by TUNES Audio in exclusive color sequences designed by Tekashi. The retail price of the headphones when they drop will reportedly be around $250. The name of the headphone collection has not yet been revealed, but its likely that the headphones will be called “Tekashi” or “6IX9INE.”
TUNES Audio reportedly likes Tekashi for this deal because of his on going popularity and the expansion of his music which makes it obvious that he has an ear for music. Just as important Tekashi may have been chosen because of his marketing ability and his growing worldwide fan base.
Keeping true to things the rapper has said about his love for the less fortunate, and being a troubled youth mis-educated in a special program himself, a stipulation to his headphones deal include that a portion of the sales proceeds be donated to The Kids in Need Foundation. The foundation is a charity that ensure early childhood development in underprivileged communities across the United States.
