Wallows Release “Are You Bored Yet? (Live From Henson Studios)”
Rising alt-rock band Wallows share an intimate studio version of their infectious single “Are You Bored Yet?.” Recorded at LA’s famed Henson Studios, the track features band members Braeden Lemasters, Cole Preston, and Dylan Minnette accompanied by a string quartet, stripping back the original track’s production to further expose the song’s underlying vulnerability. “Are You Bored Yet? (feat. Clairo)” is the lead single from Wallows’ debut album Nothing Happens , selected as one of TIME Magazine ’s “5 Songs You Need to Listen to This Week,” with Highsnobiety declaring it “the ultimate karaoke jam,” and Ones To Watch proclaiming it “easily one of the most addicting tracks we have heard in quite some time.” The band has performed the single on both The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and on their return to The Late Late Show with James Corden , and it continues to grow in popularity with over one million U.S. streams per week.
