Hollywood big wigs have decided to push the release date of the highly anticipated Wonder Woman sequel, “Wonder Woman 1984” back from its scheduled 2019 date. The upcoming movie starring Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman was scheduled to hit theaters on November 1, 2019. The change in the film’s release schedule is reportedly due to strategic timing which will allow the studio to release the film during the same time period the original film dropped in 2017.

Gal Gadot who will star as the Wonder Woman super hero took to social media to announce the change of schedule in a tweet featuring the above artwork, captioned, “Super excited to announce that, thanks to the changing landscape, we are able to put Wonder Woman back to its rightful home. June 5, 2020. Be there or be square!!!”
