Young Thug Released from Jail After His Emotional Plea to The Judge – Video Here!
Young Thug is A Free Man.
After serving six days behind bars, Young Thug is a free man, for now. The star appeared in court today for a hearing. When he was given the opportunity to speak on his own behalf, a seemingly tearful and emotional Thugger made his case. “Over the last six days, I understood this is real life.” He continued, “I have two sons, ages 10 and 11. I don’t want them to think that going to jail – even if you can get out right away – is cool. I want to grow, and I have grown. I’ve made mistakes and I’ve been penalized for them. I’m sorry, and won’t disobey again,” he told the court.
Following his emotional plea, the judge granted Young Thug a release from DeKalb County Jail in Georgia where he was being held. Young Thug was jailed after the judge revoked his probation following his failed drug test.
The court room video was released by 11 Alive, which is NBC’s local Atlanta news affiliate.
