Following his recent arrest Young Thug and 300 Entertainment have revealed the cover art for his upcoming new album, On The Run. The label’s A&R Geoffrey Ogunlesi shared the official cover with fans via his social media platform. On the cover art are names and positions of the featured artists such as Elton John as the judge, Jaden Smith as the prosecutor, 6LACK as Thug’s co-defendant and T-Shyne as the district attorney. Young Thug is currently incarcerated in Georgia on felony drug and gun charges, but he is expected to be released soon possibly on bail.

Although we’ve seen the album cover, there is no word yet on when the album will drop. In a post a few weeks ago, fans were under the impression that On The Run would drop on September 11. But as today is September 12th and the album didn’t drop we can only wait for updates from the label. Young Thug is reportedly facing some serious charges which stem from a 2017 arrest warrant issued in DeKalb County, Georgia. The warrant followed a grand jury indictment of the star on eight felony counts of possession and intent to distribute methamphetamine, hydrocodone and marijuana, possession of amphetamine, Alprazolam, codeine and possession of a firearm.
