Congrats are in order for Cardi B on becoming the first female rapper with 3 No. 1 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Cardi B, has been dominating the Billboard charts since dropping her first singles, “Bodak Yellow”, “I Like It” and her debut album, Invasion of Privacy which debuted on the top of the chart.
In July of this year, Cardi became the first female rapper to have two No. 1 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Her featured appearance on Maroon 5’s remix, “Girls Like You” which hit the No. 1 spot gave her her third No. 1 single. Prior to the Maroon 5 song taking the No. 1 spot, Drake’s “In My Feelings” which is now No. 2 held that spot.
