Demi Lovato is still hospitalized following a drug overdose which almost killed her last week Tuesday, July 24th. The 25 year old star’s body is reportedly adjusting to medicine being given to her as she continues to suffer health complications including extreme nausea and high fever. When she overdosed her life was saved by her (so called) friends using the drug which treats opiod overdoses called Narcan. Now the drug Narcan is suspected to be causing her body to experience opioid withdrawal symptoms which includes the fever and nausea she is experiencing.

Demi Lovato has had a long history with drug abuse and this past March she celebrated six years of sobriety. But in June, she released a song titled, “Sober.” In the song she confessed that she relapsed and was using drugs again. A month or so later, July 24th to be exact, was the star’s final drug incident which led to her subsequent overdose and being rushed to the hospital. We continue to wish the talented star the best and a speedy recovery.
