The man who allegedly sold Demi Lovato the drugs which she overdosed from last month, has reportedly been arrested but denies selling the star drugs. According to officials, Demi Lovato texted the dealer at 4 AM after leaving an event to place her order. The alleged dealer who has been named as Brandon Johnson, was in custody but has not been charged with her incident.
His latest major arrest stems from being pulled over in North Hollywood in March and arrested for possession of a loaded semi-automatic handgun, and drugs. He was also pulled over and arrested recently with charges stemming from DUI. But he hasn’t been charged for either of this cases yet. Legal experts believe that officials are probably building their case against him and may need information directly from Demi Lovato and others in order to formally charge him.
