DJ ESCO Drops Video for “Chek” feat. Future – Watch Here!
DJ Esco has released a music video for his new banga “Chek” which features Future. The video is directed by Spike Jordan and features all the elements that makes for a dope video including poolside scenes, money, women and cars. Future on the song rhymes, “I get to these racks consistently/Who gon’ stop me now?” They keep talkin’, talkin’ ’bout drugs/’Bout to pop one now/I just cashed out on two-door Maybach/Who talkin’ now/I just f*cked up me a check/B*tch, I’m ballin’ out.”
The song which is produced by Metro Boomin is the latest single taken off of DJ Esco’s current album Kolorblind which features Young Thug, Schoolboy Q, Rich the Kid, Ty Dolla Sign, Nas and others. The “Chek” video is the second released by Esco within days, the first was “Bring It Out,” featuring Future and O.T. Genasis. Kolorblind was released Friday, April 6th.
DJ Esco is a long time collaborator with Future and he usually stayed behind the scenes of all the prior videos and photos that Future and others put out. But after his arrest in Dubai a few years ago for marijuana possession at the airport, he was promised immediate release if he could prove he was a star. They asked him to show himself in any major videos and he would be released immediately. Since he wasn’t able to, they thought he wasn’t who he said he was which resulted in him spending 50+ days in a Dubai jail. And for someone who has never been locked up before 50+ days could seem like an eternity, especially in a foreign prison where due-process is non existent. So as you watch this video look for DJ Esco in the front. Lesson learned!
