The officials confiscated the drugs and arrested three members of Migos’ entourage including Jharon Ahmad Murphy of Snellville, Georgia, Dominic Kevin Spigner, of Smyrna, Georgia, and Daryl Irvon McPherson, of Cleveland, Ohio. The three men were charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell or deliver, other charges are pending based on the laws of the States they came from prior to the show in North Carolina.
Members of Migos were not charged in the incident and officials reportedly are not looking to question them in relations to the matter.
